(I haven't tried all these products; I get no profit from the sale of them; and do not promise that any of them will work for others, your mileage may vary, objects in the rear view mirror may appear closer than they are, standard disclaimer, etc...)

Patt-Strap knee wrap - Study at U.S. Naval Academy suggests it can help prevent ITBS symptoms. For me, the Patt-Strap was the one thing that finally got me over my ITBS, after three years of other treatments, this was the one!

Silicone Dynamic Orthotics - orthotics with a liquid silicone core. I have custom orthotics, not these. I got them from my physical therapist, who was quite a bit cheaper than going to a podiatrist.

The Stick - a massager that works like a rolling pin, but a little better. I tried this but didn't find that it helped me. Your mileage may vary.  A number of ITBS discussions have talked about scar tissue from the ITBS injury building up.  So the idea of a deep-tissue massage is to break up that scar tissue.
